<br />Board met in regular session at 7:15 P.I. All members present.
<br />Hearing had on Resolution for the grade, curb and .walk on Elwood
<br />Avenue from Olive Street to ?Meade Street as provided in improvement Resolution No.
<br />1589.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strance was filed. After hearing, the Board decides that the benefits to property
<br />liable to be assessed for said improvement, are equal to the estimated cost of the
<br />same and the Board therefore now confirms the said resolution. Date for receiving
<br />opening and considering sealed proposals for the construction of.said grade, curb
<br />and walk fixed November 10th., 1925 at 10:00 A.M. and notice thereof ordered published
<br />as provided by law.
<br />Hearing had on roll of awards of damages and assessments of benefits
<br />6n the Vacation of the alley lying aling the Southerly line of the New York Central
<br />Railroad right of way from Caroline Street to the first alley east of Caroline Street
<br />• under lacation Resolution No. 98 filed September 2flnd1925.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
<br />strance was filed. The Board therefore declare the above roll filed September 22nd.

<br />by placing Forty Two Dollar ($42.00) assessment of benefit on South 38.6ft. of lot 24

<br />amounts as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find, that the assessment rolls
<br />filed September 30th., 1925 October 7th., 13th., and 14th., 1925 and the final estimate
<br />allowed September 30th., October 7th., 13th., and 14th., 1925 should be and the same are
<br />hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. And the sum of ,550.00 is ordered

<br />contract, until Contractor H. L. Davis & Sons removes debris from lot of E. E. Moore
