Approved, request granted. <br />The following recommendations of Light Inspector Qualls approved. <br />A 1000 lumen light radial reflector bracket construction to be <br />placed on east end of Colfax Avenue where it joins the alley east of Adams Street. <br />approved. <br />Change 1000 lumen light now at Olive Street and Poland Street and <br />Kaley Street and Poland Street from 1000 lumen lights to 4000 lumen li#hts. Approved. <br />I <br />Financial report of the Building.Department for the month of <br />September 192.5 filed. <br />In re complaint from D. J. Kelly in regard to two cables that cross <br />the alley which connects Laurel and Pine Streets, inspector filed following report. <br />The cables complainbd off in attached communication are the signal cables of the N. Y. <br />C. R. R. which drop from the poles to 6he signal control boxes of the Railroad Company. <br />/As these are on the railroad company's right-of-way and the n alley" referred to is <br />not an alley but a part of the company's right-of-way, so I am informed, I do not <br />believe we would have the right to order them changed.
