II. Phase I promotional materials <br />Agency Service: Included among the services in this area are the following: <br />a. PowerPoint template -After logo is developed, building a PowerPoint template <br />that can be used by the City for presentation to internal and external audiences. <br />b. Necessary signage/banners - If appropriate, design logo-based posters and street <br />banners that can be utilized in the downtown area to generate awareness and <br />maintain the buzz surrounding the park redevelopment. <br />c. Presentation folders -Design logo-based folders that can be used by the City to <br />house project documents and updates necessary for internal and public meetings <br />and presentations. <br />$5,000 (+/- io~oi <br />Estimate does not include any outside costs associated with these projects, mainly, printing of folders and/or <br />posters and banners. <br />III.
