TMARCH 17, 1941 NO"H THEREFORE, be it resolved by the ward of Public 'Norks and Safety, of South Benc Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and -public places dedicated to the public use in said plat, are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on behalf of the City df South Bend, Indiana. A petition for the vacation of the alle 1lorth of Colfax Ave., from :Mill St. East to the alley East of Hill St., was received �rom Rev. >'rendell P. Corcoran. This peti- tion .,,as turned over to the City Plan Commission for investigation and report. ELECTIRIC DEPARU.,TENT: It was moved, seconded and unanimously adopted that the report of Mr. Qualls, on tHe petition for a street light at the corner of Dundee and Huron St. be accepted. Mr. Qualls does not approve of an additional light at this inter- section. A copy of this report was sent to Councilman Vim. Pulaski. TRAFFIC C01,RUSSIGN: A petition was received from Smith -Monroe Co., to cut back .the curb in front of their place of business. This petition was turned over to Mr. Ernest Miller, Traffic Engineer for investigation and report. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 11:00 A. 1?I.
