TMARCH 17, 1941 <br />NO"H THEREFORE, be it resolved by the ward of Public 'Norks and Safety, of South Benc <br />Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and -public places dedicated to the public use <br />in said plat, are hereby accepted and approved by said Board for and on behalf of the <br />City df South Bend, Indiana. <br />A petition for the vacation of the alle 1lorth of Colfax Ave., from :Mill St. East <br />to the alley East of Hill St., was received �rom Rev. >'rendell P. Corcoran. This peti- <br />tion .,,as turned over to the City Plan Commission for investigation and report. <br />ELECTIRIC DEPARU.,TENT: It was moved, seconded and unanimously adopted that the report <br />of Mr. Qualls, on tHe petition for a street light at the corner of Dundee and Huron <br />St. be accepted. Mr. Qualls does not approve of an additional light at this inter- <br />section. A copy of this report was sent to Councilman Vim. Pulaski. <br />TRAFFIC C01,RUSSIGN: A petition was received from Smith -Monroe Co., to cut back .the <br />curb in front of their place of business.
