<br />Engineer, advising that the local sewer on Country Club Lane has been completed,
<br />inspected by the City Engineering Department and they recommend that this sewer
<br />be accepted. The Board hereby accepts this sewer as per the recommendation of the
<br />City Civil Engineer.
<br />The Board approved the grade established by the Engineering Department on Evergree
<br />Lane,

<br />indicated thereon is now presented to the Board

<br />Quarter HD of Section Twenty-nine (29), Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two

<br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of the northeast quarter (":-') of Section Twenty-
<br />nine (29), To.vnship thirty-seven (37) North, Range T:�ro (2) East, thence south Twenty-
<br />two hundred and twenty (2220) feet, thence East three hundred and thirty-seven (337)
<br />feet; then north nine hundred and twenty-four (924) feet, thence East, Nine hundred
