JOSEPH COUNTY, SS: Before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public in and for said County and State, this 18th--day of February 1941, personally appeared the within names Achille C. Colpaert and Woodson S. Carlisle, respectively President and Secretary of Garden Homes, Incorporated, and in behalf of said corporation, acknowledged execution of the above instrument of dedication. Mr. Zmudzinski presented the report of the Street Department from February 1, 1941 to February 28, 1941, which report was ordered filed.
