Turnock, <br />which bond was approved and ordered filed. <br />DEDICATION <br />Whereas the following described plat with dedication of streets <br />and alleys <br />indicat- <br />ed thereon, is now presented to the Board: <br />The plat of Belleville Gardens, an addition to the City of South <br />Bend, has <br />been <br />approved by the Board of Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />on the 15th <br />day of <br />April 1940 and was recorded on Record #14, Page B, in the records <br />of St. Joseph <br />County, <br />. <br />State`of Indiana, on the 22nd day of April 1940. <br />Block lettered F in said addition has been subdivided into 26 lots, numbered 128 <br />to 153 inclusive. The set back line on Evergreen Lane and Lombardy Drive, with re- <br />ference to lots 128 and 153 inclusive, shall not be less than 30 feet from the front <br />property line to the main wall of dwellings erected thereon; the set back line on <br />Sample Street, with reference'to lots 140 and 141, shall not be less than 10 feet from <br />• the South line of Sample Street to the main wall of dwellings erected thereon; the set <br />back line on I+iedow Lane, with reference to lots 128 and 153, shall not be less than <br />10 feet from the North line of Meadow Lane to the main wall of dwellings erected thereon <br />all -of which is indicated on the plat. <br />The following easements, as indicated on the plat, are hereby dedicated for use of <br />gas mains, electric light and power, telephone and other public utility wires and lines; <br />A strip of land 8 feet in width, the center line of which is the East boundry line <br />of lots 141 to 153 inclusive in Block F, and the West boundary line of lots 128 to 140 <br />incluisive in Block F, extending from the South line of Sample Street to the North <br />line of Meadow Lane. <br />• A strip of land 8 feet in width, the center line of ifnich is the South boundary <br />of lots 139 and 142 in Block F and the North boundary of lots 138 and 143 in Block F, <br />extending from the East line of Evergreen Lane to the Jest line of Lombardy Drive. <br />The streets in said Block F, as indicated on the plat, are hereby dedicated to the <br />public for public use. <br />IN NITNESS -7JHEREGF, Garden Homes, Incorporated, owners of the above described real <br />estate, has caused this instrument of dedication to be executed in its corporate name <br />by its President, and its corporate seal to be hereto attached, attested by its <br />Secretary, this 19th day of February, 1941. <br />• ATTEST: GARDEN HOMES, INCO.',RPORATED. <br />Woodson S.
