<br />STREET DEPARTME[iT: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner was present and matters
<br />pertaining o his department were discussed.
<br />. Mr. Zmudzinski turned over to the Board $43.00 received for the sale of junk, $70.00
<br />eceived from the South Bend Lathe Works for the use of the grader and $31.50 from J.T.
<br />iley for the use of tractor.and operator. This money was turned over to the Controller.
<br />NGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A petition for the removal of the street car rails and paving of
<br />a a e ve., from the La Salle St. bridge east to Hill St., was received. This
<br />etition was turned over to the Engineering_bepartment for investigation.
<br />A sidewalk repair license bond was received for Phillip Melling, in the amount of
<br />$1000.00, which bond was approved and ordered filed. 0

<br />The size of the lots are marked on the plat in feet and fractions thereof.
<br />The streets indicated on said plat are hereby dedicated to the public for highway
<br />purposes. The easements indicated on the plat along the several lot lines are reserved
<br />for the exclusive use of public utilities.
<br />The building or setback line shall be Seventy-five (751) from the front lot line
<br />of Lots Numbered One (1), Two ( 2 ) and Three (3) ; Forty-five . (45 t ) from the ( Ironwood
<br />Drive) front lot lines of Lots Numbered Four (4), Fifteen (15), Sixteen (16), Seventeen
<br />(17), Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19); the building or setback line on all lots border-
<br />ing on Country Club Lane shall be Thirty (30t) feet from the front lot line. The
<br />building or setback line of Lots Numbered Twenty-two (22) to Thirty-six (36), both in -
<br />elusive., shall be Fifty (50t) feet from the front lot line and in the case of lots
<br />bordering on Cherry Tree Lane the side setback line shall be Twenty-five (251) Feet
<br />and in'the cast of Lot Numbered Thirty-six bordering on,Palmer Boulevard, the setback
