<br />. Mr. Zmudzinski turned over to the Board $43.00 received for the sale of junk, $70.00
<br />eceived from the South Bend Lathe Works for the use of the grader and $31.50 from J.T.
<br />iley for the use of tractor.and operator. This money was turned over to the Controller.
<br />NGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A petition for the removal of the street car rails and paving of
<br />a a e ve., from the La Salle St. bridge east to Hill St., was received. This
<br />etition was turned over to the Engineering_bepartment for investigation.
<br />A sidewalk repair license bond was received for Phillip Melling, in the amount of
<br />$1000.00, which bond was approved and ordered filed. 0
