Beamer asked that <br />the Board be Wept advised of their progress in the matter. <br />1Trs. Gerard was advised to get in touch. y�'_th the presidents of the lines she re- <br />presents and contact the Board as soon as she hems from them. <br />CMTETERY DEPAR` T�TENT: irir. Lisle 'McNabb was present and called the attention of <br />the Board to the wording of the signs at thO cemetery gates, which read "Cemetery <br />open from 7:30 A,. M. until 8:00 P.I:1." T.Tr. Tci abb called the attention of the Board <br />to the fact that in the ;minter it is dark at 4:00 P. IT. and there would be little <br />point in keeping the gates open until that time, therefore, the Board authorized <br />iir. i:"cNabb to chanp;e the signs to read "Gates open from 7:30 A. «, until 8:00 P 111. <br />except from November lst to iIarch. 1st, at which time they will be closed at 5:00 P.i:t. <br />Starting February 1st, the offices of the Controller, Building Department, <br />Board of Public Works and Safety and the Engineering Department will remain open <br />during the noon hour. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned <br />at 12:15 P.it". <br />m <br />"J. <br />Cl Air. <br />
