<br />Dear Mr. Williams :-
<br />I acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 8th instant, relative to
<br />cross-town bus service. 'Ile have so many matters to take care of this month,
<br />including an arbitration proceeding with our employes that we cannot pos-
<br />sibly give this -matter the consideration it requires until after Labor Day.
