477 <br />-- - _ <br />said appraisal. The appraisal was considered by the Board and'motion was duly <br />harried that the report of the a_ppraisors be accepted and filed. Vdilli"mns era's <br />authorized by the Board to contact all persons known to him who might have an interest <br />in the purchase of said personal property. A copy of the appraisal is attached hereto. <br />STREET 121-.ARTMENT: Mr. Zmudzinski was present and matters pertaining to his departmentwere discussed. <br />%Ir., Zanudzinski• reported that the, terrace on Twyckehhaa give at Lincoln School was <br />in bad condition causing considerable work by the Street Department in cleaning the <br />walk after each rain. The Engineer was authorized to contact the Maintenance Supt. of <br />theSchool City relative to improving the terrace. <br />Vl�?. Zmudzinski was authorized to provide a -truck for the street cleaning crew and <br />also a man physically able to operate the truck. <br />A rir. Zmudzinski turned over to the Clerk of the Board 03.00 which he received for <br />i' the use of the grader for grading property owned by the Westinghouse Electric Company. <br />r. 7rudzin:ski turned over tot he Controller $244.00 for the third car of oil and <br />reported accounts outstanding in the amount of $72.50. The Clerk of the Board was in- <br />i structted to issue statements to .the persons oaring, this amount. . <br />�Mr. Marry Verkar submitted:pla.ns for reconstruction of a filling station and drive- <br />ways at the 'ntersection of Diamond avenue and Eincolhway 'West. The plans were approved <br />conditionally upon the construction of not more than a 25 feet driveway on Lincbinway <br />West -aid dimension bezn- at the intersection of driveway with the public walk. <br />CEMETERY DEI-VO1rMENT.
