FM <br />MEETING--J[TLY 3, 1939 <br />Regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held o n Monday, July 3, 1939, at <br />9:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the previous meeting were read and <br />approved. <br />Ralph Keller presented a plat for the Town of Wilmette Park Second Addition, which <br />was approved by the Board. Wilmette Park Second Addition comprises and is described as <br />follows: <br />DEDICATION <br />OF THE TOWN. OF <br />WILMETTE PARK SECOND ADDITION <br />The annexed plat of the Town of Wilmette Park, Second Addition, in St.Joseph <br />County, Indiana, is laid out and platted on the following described tract of land, <br />situated in said County and State, Section No. 32, Tomship 38, North, Range No. 3, <br />East, to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point 30 feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot 145 in the <br />Town of Wilmette Park, in St. Joseph County, Indiana; thence East 299 feet <br />to the Northeast corner of said lot 145; thence North 29.2 feet; thence East <br />324 feet along the North line of lot 144 in the Town of Wilmette Park and 104 <br />feet East of the Northeast corner of said lot 144; thence South 191 feet; <br />thence East 55 feet; thence North 191 feet; thence East 269 feet; thence North <br />57.5 feet; thence East along the North line of lots 146, 147 and 148 in the <br />Town of Wilmette Park, 323 feet to the land described in deed recorded in Deed <br />Record 203, Page 631; thence North 762.8 feet; thence 'Nest 1269.7 feet; thence , <br />South 849 feet to the place of beginning. <br />The Plat contains 72 lots, numbered as follows, viz: <br />Lots numbered 401 to 472 inclusive. <br />The size of the lots are marked on the plat in feet and fractions thereof. The <br />Streets indicated on said plat are hereby dedicated to the public for highway purposes.) <br />Dhe easements indicated on the plat along the several lot lines are reserved for the <br />exclusive use of public utilities.
