Blvd and said line projected <br />to the northerly -bank of the St Joseph River, thence northwesterly along <br />said northerly bank of.the St:. Joseph River to the center line of Jefferson <br />Blvd, the place of beginning. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 2nd day of December and on. the <br />9th day of December, 1938, in'the South Bend News -Times and. Clerk <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll, showing the awards <br />of damages and assessments of benefits in the matter.of the Vacation of Rayne Street <br />from the west line of St. Louis Blvd west to a point; also several alleys not previously <br />racated in Howard Park under Vacation Resolution No. 2497. <br />'/In the above "named assessment roll, no rer4onstrator.s appeared and no written remote <br />trance was filedand-the Board, being fully advised in the premises, and after hearing <br />�11 persons interested in said assessments roll, finds that the several lots and parcels <br />>f land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said assessment roll. <br />'he Board, therefore, takes final action on said assessment roll and declares same in <br />t11 things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings <br />.losed and all proceedings had with reference to said vacation resolution No. 2497 are <br />Lereby sustained.
