• • 0 • 0 The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: Beginning at the intersection of the. south line of Indiana Avenue with the west line of LaFayettb Street, thence south along the west line of LaFayette Street a distance of, 273 feet --to a point, thence west a distance of 154.75 feet to a point., th-ence south- to the northerly right of'way line of the Pennsylvania Railroad, thence northwesterly along the northerly line of said Pennsylvania. Railroad right of way line to the south line of Indiana Avenue, thence east along the said south line of Indiana revenue to the west line of LaFayette Street, the place of beginning. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the lst day of April and on - the 8th day of April, 1938., in th-e South Bend Daily .Tribune and South Bend News -Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 11th day of April, 19�`8,, at 9:00 A. M. will Bear and receive remonstrances from all persons in or affected � by these proceedings. Aaron Huguenard, representative of the Sinclair Refining Company, deliv eyed to the Board a Quit Claim Deed , transferring to the -City a part of Lot No.26 in Edward Sorin's first Addition for use as a public street and for no other pur- pose so long as the Sinclair.Refining Company is permitted to use said niece of land as a driveway entering their property.
