This matter was referred to <br />the City Plan Commission and. they will investigate and report at their earliest -con- <br />venience. <br />✓ A reouest was received through Councilman George Hull and Councilman George <br />Goetz for thy: erection of a street light at the Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church, <br />1020 North Wilbur Street-, The matter was discussed and Mr. (,walls was instructed <br />to convey with the Pastor and have a 1000 lumen light erected at the most advan- <br />tageous point. <br />v114r. Aaron Huguenard, representative of the Sinclair Refining Company, deliv <br />eyed to the Board a Quit Claim Deed , transferring to the -City a part of Lot No.26 <br />in Edward Sorin's first Addition for use as a public street and for no other pur- <br />pose so long as the Sinclair.Refining Company is permitted to use said niece of <br />land as a driveway entering their property. <br />Meeting adjourned at 11: 00 A.
