3%1 <br />The North one-third (1/3) of"the West one-half of lot 50 in Jackson's proposed <br />Addition is owned by the Union Trust Company., <br />The South two-thirds (2/3) of the West one-half of said lot 50 is owned by <br />Orville C. Denniston, and the East one-half of said lot 50 is owned by James F. <br />Casmier. <br />The above three (3) owners retain their respective interest in said lot 50. <br />The Union Trust Company's interest becomes lot No. l in Casmier's Subdivision, <br />Orville C. Denniston's interest becomes lots two (2) and three (3) and James F. <br />Casmier's interest becomes lots four (4), five (5) and six (6) in said Casm.ier's <br />(subdivision. <br />The above owners hereby join in the dedication of this plat for the purpose <br />,of being able to dispose of their respective lots by deeding according to lot <br />numbers instead of a meets and bounds descriptions, together with all other <br />advantages accruing to a recorded plat. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the owners, Union Trust Company, Orville C.
