319 • • I] • 0 0 Beginning at the intersection of the north line of lot 10 Klingel & Mayrs Sub with the center line of the Alley East of Cherry Street, thence south along said center line of the Alley East of Cherry Street and said centerline projected south to the center line of the Alley south of Western Avenue, thence west along the center line of the Alley South of Western Avenue and said center line projected west to the center line of the Alley east of Kosciuszko Street, thence north along the center line of the Alley East of Kosciuszko Street to the center ---line of the Alley South of Western Avenue, thence west along the --_-. center line of said Alley South.of Western Avenue to the East line of Kosciuszko Street, thence north along the east.line of Kosciuszko Street and said east line projected north to the intersection of said east line of Kosciuszko Street projected with the north line of lot 31 Klingel & Mayrs Sub projected west, thence east along said north line of lot 31 Klingel and Mayrs Sub projected west and the north line of lots 31, 21, 14 and 10 in Klingel & Mayrs Sub to the centerline of the Alley East of Cherry Street, the place of beginning. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 27th day of August and on the 3rd day September 1937 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and News -Times. This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the 7th day of September 1937 at 10:30 A. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
