Jacob Gorney, 1219 Western Avenue, appeared before the Board and reported <br />that he had two sewer connections from his residence and that at the time of paving <br />Western Avenue only one of them was connected up. After discussing this matter, the <br />City Attorney felt some responsibility rested with the State Highway Department and <br />it was agreed that they be communicated with in reference to the matter. <br />Mir. Marvin K. Ort submitted a plan for breaking the curb at 525 South r"_ichige.n <br />Street to provide for entrence to property. Ps. Ort was given permission to do this <br />providing he has the work done by regular licensed contractor. <br />Pas. Frenk B. Willis of 809 Greenlawn requested permission of Board to build <br />sidewalk from their home to P;'ishawaka Avenue on the west side of Greenlawn under a. <br />W.P.A. project. The matter was referred to the Street Department. <br />A petition was received from residents in the vicinity of Ironwood Drive from <br />Lincoln Way to Ewing Avenue, requesting that that street be paved with any hard <br />substance.
