C THE O i t <br />AN f § � <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br />The Morris Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale Marketing Fund (Fund No. 273) was <br />established for marketing and promoting of the Morris Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale. The <br />marketing fund accrues from the solicitation of funding for commercial promotion sponsorships and <br />Morris marquee sponsorships. <br />Pursuant to Ordinance No. 9768 -07, the Morris Center has accumulated the necessary funds to <br />renew a one year lease of a 12' x 20' billboard located near the University of Notre Dame and Kite Center <br />Development on the corner of Edison Road and US 23 in South Bend. The use of this billboard will be to <br />market the Morris Performing Arts Center. The Morris Performing Arts Center hereby requests those <br />funds to be released to renew said billboard lease. The amount of $10,200 is requested for lease <br />appropriation. <br />NOW. The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and ordered set apart from and <br />within the Morris Performing Arts Center anal.
