February 12, 2010 <br />Derek Dieter <br />President, South Bend Common Council <br />455 County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Re: Morris Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale Marketing Fund Appropriation <br />Dear Mr. Dieter, <br />I attach for filing with the South Bend Conunon Council an Ordinance requesting an <br />appropriation of $10,200 within the Morris Performing Arts Center and Palais Royale <br />Marketing Fund (Fund 273). Revenues from this fund are generated from the solicitation <br />of funding for commercial promotion sponsorships and Morris marquee sponsorships. <br />The marketing project for which the Morris Performing Arts Center desires appropriation <br />consist of the following: <br />$10,200 Renewal of a One Year Lease of a billboard to market the Morris <br />Performing Arts Center. <br />The Morris Performing Arts Center requests the Council's approval of tlus Ordinance <br />that will benefit the City and its citizens. <br />Sincerely, <br />s <br />Dennis J.
