It is understood that of the abeve lights contracted for,there are the following toswitt: 1-10000-Lumen,pendent fixture,mast arm construction overhead service 4-6000 Lumen, Taaitz pendent fixture,mast arm construction overhead service 9-4000 Lumen pendent fixture ,mast arm construction overhead service 5-2500 Lumen,pendent fixture,mast arm construction overhead service' 2-1000 Lumen,radial reflector,bracket construction,overhead service 8,-1000 Lumen,iron post octagonal top without refractortunder groun# service -10_ 11 - 100OLumen ,iron post,white ball,under ground service which -are for the Department of Public Parks of said City and the contractor agrees to bill said Department of Public Parks for said lamps and the city for -the remaning lamps contained in this contract,axclx The said department of Public Parks j and the said city to pay f6r said respective billings. ll.The Contractor shall have the right with the consent of the Board of Public Worksof the city at any time during the life.of this contract to install operate and maintain in the place of the lamps herein provided for,and under the same terms and conditions,oth er and more improved lamps in keeping with such advancement as may be made in the t-tof the lighting lamps shallbe of equivalent or greater illiuminating power. 12.In authorizing or granting a permit to any person firm or corporation to repair or out into any street,alley or sidewalk in which street lighting units and lines cables supply current thereto are located,the city shall require - • as a condition to the granting of such permit,an agreement on the part of the applicant that such lines and ea kes and street lighting units will not be interfered with in any manner without notice to the Contractor. 13.If the City shall make default in the payment of any billas hereinbefore providedithe Contractor may at its option after have given ten(IO) days written
