<br />property line of LaSalle Ave., to the Southeast corner of Lot (B) . Beginning at

<br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the intersection of the property
<br />lines of Lincoln Way West and William St., which point is 263.07 feet frem the
<br />intersections of property lines of Lincoln Way West and LaSalle Ave. , thence running
<br />Southeasterly on the South line of Lincoln Way West a distance of 50,50 feet to the
<br />Northeast corner of Lot (C) , thence South 90 Deg.201 West a distance of 51.45 feet
<br />to the Southeast corner of said Lot (C), thence North 103 Deg.--431 West a distance
<br />of 49.56, feet to the East line of William St.,, thence North 76 Deg. 38 t East a
<br />distance of 10.60 feet, thence Northeasterly a distance of 51.97 feet to the place
<br />of beginning.

<br />Your petitioner farther shows that the assessments as hereinafter set forth have
<br />divided said real estate into two parcels, four assessments of which cover entire
<br />Parcel A, and a small portion of Parcel B, and that five assessments cover all of
<br />Parcel. C and all of Lot B, excepting a small portion which is covered by Parcel A.
<br />Your petitioner in order to be of assistance to your Honorable Board of Works in
<br />the -respread,and reassessment of said unpaid and delinquent improvement assessments,
<br />suggests that the assessments as set forth in Exhibits B, C, D and E, which assess-
<br />ments cover all Cr Parcel A and a small porti cm of Parcel B, be changed to corer
<br />the descripticar_ of Parcel A, and that the assessments delinquent, unpaid and undue
<br />as set forth in Exhibits F. C, H, I and J, which assessments cover all of Parcel C
<br />as set forth in said blue print and said description hereinbefore set out, and all
<br />of Parcel B, excepting a small par ti on, be divided sixty (60) percent on Parcel B
<br />as hereinbefore described, and forty (40) percent thereof on Parcel C as herein -
<br />before described.
<br />Your pe titi oner furthe r states t mat . it has now an opportunity to sell Parcel C and
<br />Parcel A. and that in the sale it is contemplated to pay the assessments in full,
<br />which would leave only the assessments on Parcel B not fully paid; that it is impo-
<br />ssible to sell said real estate without having.said assessments respread and re-
<br />assessed according to the descriptions as hereinbefore set out in the survey and
<br />blue print hereto attached.
<br />WHEREFORE, your petiticner requests your Honorable Board to reassess the unpaid
<br />amounts of the improvement assessments as set forth in the exhibits as hereto atta-
<br />ched and respread them as suggested herein or else as determined by your Board, so
<br />that -each parcel shall bear its equitable and fair portion of the unpaid assessments
<br />and all interest thereon and all penalties and costs.
