Subject to the Project Funds identified for the Project, Public Works shall enter into each contract for the project and make decisions necessary to complete the Project. ii. Public Works shall supervise and administer all necessary contracts with the design consultant and the construction contractor. d: Duties of Redevelopment. Redevelopment hereby agrees as follows: i. Redevelopment shall have the duty of receiving, discharging, and accounting for all the monies of this joint undertaking and shall make payments upon authorization from Public Works. e. Ownership of Project i. Upon completion of each respective aspect of the Project, the ownership of the Project shall remain with Parks. III. ADMINISTRATION This Agreement shall be administered by a joint board consisting of the Parks Superintendent, the City Engineer and the Director of Redevelopment. Upon completion of the Project, a final audit shall be performed by Redevelopment. IV. DURATION This Agreement shall go into effect when it has been approved by each of the parties, approved by proper resolution of the governing body of the City of South Bend and has been recorded with the St. Joseph County Recorder. The Agreement shall terminate on December 31, 2013 unless extended or sooner terminated by the parties. (.Signature Page Follows)
