Earlene Arnold,-Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) <br />2°d ChairmanJCounselor <br />Mrs. Arnold has served as a Mental Health Counselor for various organizations specializing in serving the <br />needs of youth and their families. Earlene has offered her services to assist our program by helping us to make <br />adequate referrals to youth serving organizations. Earlene is involved in the interview process of participants <br />and helps us assess the depth of their desire and motivation prior to entering the program. Earlene conducts <br />round table and individual discussions with youth allowing them to have a positive emotional outlet. <br />Dennis Howell II-BA-Civil Engineering <br />3'd Chairman/Site Trainer-Leadership Coordinator <br />Dennis brings the element of youth to the organization. As a young person that has been raised in a single <br />parent household, having experienced the struggles of being a disadvantaged youth, yet with parental and <br />community support, having set and obtained his life goals. Dennis has volunteered his time to mentor our <br />youth and provide internships for them. He offers hands on construction and design education. Additionally, he <br />seeks and donates leverage for youth scholarships and individual successes, thus encouraging the youth to <br />continue progressing. <br />Youth, Parents, Referring Agencies, Donors, Community Sponsors, etc. <br />A report is made to the youth and all referring entities involved in the youth's progress. Additionally, <br />suggestions for the youth's continued progress, suggestions, and any feedback they would like to offer is also <br />requested. <br />YB P7of10 <br />
