Tax Abatement <br />(1) continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2645 <br />approving an application for up to an eight- <br />year real property tax deduction for property <br />located at 7055 Cleveland Rd. (Patterson <br />Logistic Services) <br />(2) Resolution No. 2646 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located at 7055 <br />Cleveland Rd. (Patterson Logistic <br />Services) <br />Mr. Mathia noted that the total taxes to be <br />abated for the personal property (valued at <br />$9,000,000) are $391,446. Total taxes to be <br />paid during the personal property abatement <br />are estimated at $356,189. <br />The project qualifies for five years of <br />personal property tax deduction under the tax <br />abatement ordinance. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Varner and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2646 <br />approving an application for personal <br />property tax deduction for property located at <br />7055 Cleveland Rd.
