A sprint, in agile development, is a set period of time
during which specific work must be completed and made ready for review.
At this point, the first sprint cycle will commence towards the completion of the Launch Pad
(also commonly referred to as a MVP — Minimum Viable Product) website and will follow this
basic workflow:
4 Iff 4 illllffi/
<-NINE= <_
During the development cycle, efforts will be made to identify the data collection methods
required for validation, our fundamental assumptions.
The underlying goal of the Launch Pad website is to launch quickly in order to start making data
driven improvements to the website.
TIMING: 45 days upon completion of research and strategy
I
C2018 Pathfinders I All Right Reserved.
