This is EXHIBIT C, consisting of 2 pages, referred to in <br />and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for <br />Professional Services dated .2018. <br />Payments to Engineer for Services and Reimbursable Expenses <br />COMPENSATION PACKET BC-1: Basic Services — Lump Sum and Hourly Services <br />A. Amount of Payment: <br />1. The ENGINEER shall receive as payment for the services performed under this Agreement <br />the total fee, not to exceed of $9,000 unless a modification of the Agreement is approved in <br />writing by the OWNER. <br />2. The ENGINEER will be paid for the work performed under this agreement in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Task <br />1. Bid Package Development <br />2.
