Jtaoe2: Initiate &Flan <br />This stage ofthe implementation proceocmmmencesomceacontrac1hasbeensigned.Thepnojec <br />starts with the implementation team comprised of your executive sponsor, project leader and the <br />Tyler project manager, who work together to define project expectations and establish a baseline <br />project plan and schedule, During the Initiation stage, the Tyler team leads discussions with you to <br />begin system infrastructure planning, outline goals and timelines, and finalize processes for the <br />implementation ofall products imthe scope ofthe project. <br />&xpart ofthe Planning step of this stage, project stakeholders within your orgmnization are identified. <br />These stakeholders monitor the overall project and are essential to a successful implementation, <br />They ensure that the project is aligned with your larger goals. This group, in conjunction with Tyler's <br />project manager, is responsible for monitoring the project and providing formal acceptance of each <br />stage, Once stakeholders are determined, functional leaders are chosen for the project to provide <br />expertise on your business processes, Implementation Management Planis are provided to all, which <br />outline the management ufscope, schedule, VuaUty/ esLmg, resources, communication, upgrades <br />and risk. These plans may beupdated incooperation with the project team. <br />The Planning and Initiation stage concludes with a high-level project schedule Stakeholder <br />Presentation twall nfyour key project stakeholders, <br />Stage 2/Assess fDDefine <br />The Assess and Define stage starts with a fundamental review to provide your project team with a <br />preliminary knowledge transfer of how the system functions, The goal of this stage is to exam�ne and <br />analyze your unique business needs and to translate the findings into a system design plan as an <br />output. Ty|er'scnnsu|tants and your subject matter experts perform a Current/Future State Analysis <br />of your current and required future business processes. The system design plan addresses key <br />business drivers, which ensures that all requirements for a successful implementation are presented <br />and accepted.
