Virtuolizadiom Support <br />VMwanevSphereand Microsoft Hyper-Vare supported for vi/tumUidnOservers. It is a requirement <br />that virtuaUzedguests are given dedicated memory and host virtual CPUs are not over committed. <br />VM provisioniing is the responsibility of the client; Tyler Technologies does not offer any tra�ning or <br />instaflation services for VMware or Microsoft Hyper-V, <br />Tyler supports a variety of high availability (HA) server configurations. Tyler's recommended <br />configuration is a virtualized environment used in conjunction with replication products such as <br />VMware Site Recovery Manager or Veeam Backup and Replication. For environments requiring <br />multiple SQL Server servers, SQL Server AlwaysOn Availability Groups is recommended (note, <br />A|vvayn0nreVuipes SQL Server Enterprise Edition), A hardware -based network load balance appliance <br />is required when using multiple application servers. Clients should contact Tyler Installation Services <br />when considering these advanced configurations. <br />Tyler mhUwork with every client tnhelp determine the best configuration tomeet their infrastructure <br />needs, however it is typically the responsibility of the client (or their hardware vendor) to configure <br />advanced HAenvironments. <br />NETWORK AND SECURITY REQUlREMENTS <br />Tyler appUcabonscommunicate over T[P/|P.On-premises clients must obtain a1O24-bit(minimmm) <br />SSL certificate for ail servers to encrypt application communication over HTTPS. <br />External /Internet Application Access <br />Tyler applications such as mobile apps and self-service web portab are commonly accessed from <br />outside aclient's network. Ty�ersupports most industry standard methods ofproviding external <br />access to on -premises applications. These options include, but are not limited to; hosting <br />web/application framework inmclient's DMZ, nrbehind uclient's firewaUusing NAJport mapping, <br />Application Request Routing (ARR)with ||S,and VPN. Deployment and network configuration ofmn- <br />prem�sesTyler applications isdependent mn thedhent's preferred method of providing this access. <br />Bandwidth Requirements <br />Bandwidth usage can vary depending on application user type and their daHy functions.
