Safety during perforinance of the work, is of paramount concern to the City. Veindor agirees <br />to comply with the provisions of U"ie Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and the <br />standards and regulations issued there I and certifies that all actions fUrnished Under <br />this order will conform to and comply with said standards and regulations. Supplier further <br />agirees, to indemnify and hold harmless the City for all damages assessed against the City <br />as a result of Vendors' failure to comply with the Act and stanidards iSSUed there Under. <br />S&S will agree to the above based upon the language used in the contract signed by both parties, in <br />accordance with industry standards. <br />404 <br />
