executive leadership all have many years of implementation experience, with most of that experience <br />coming from the successful implementation of enQuesta to our group of utility customers. <br />The S&S project manager will be involved in the project as soon as we are chosen as your vendor, as <br />we have found that having the PM involved in the negotiations provides a stronger understanding of the <br />project and scope, and can greatly reduce miscommunication and risk. <br />All S&S PMs subscribe to the PMI principles and we us MS SharePoint as the project communication <br />portal for collaboration and storage of project documentation. <br />Project Management is comprised of the following responsibilities and associated activities: Scope <br />Management, Change Management, Resource Management, Communication Management, Issue <br />Management, and Relationship Management. <br />Scope Management <br />Scope management is the act of managing the project and its associated deliverables and activities as <br />defined in the agreed upon statement of work and all contract documents. Proper scope management <br />ensures that the project plan, is executed according to the tim�eframes and budget defined for this project. <br />The first responsibility of the S&S PM team is to work with the Customer PM to finalize the project plan. <br />This finalized plan will serve as the project baseline and will be used to measure project progress. <br />On an on -going basis and for the duration of this project, South, Bend can expect the S&S PM to update <br />the project plan on a monthly basis, as well as deliver a Monthly Project Status Report. The delivery of <br />this status report can be verbal in the form of conference call, or delivered via electronic media. Regular <br />Project Team meetings will be held bi-weekly via conference call. <br />It is the ultimate responsibility of the S&S Project Management team to ensure the day-to-day activities <br />are, being carried out in a manner consistent with defined project objectives and contractual obligations. <br />Change Control Management <br />M <br />
