NORTH STAR"` <br />What are your standard support and maintenance tools? <br />Our standard support and maintenance tracking tools are: TeamSupport and Jira. All of our customers will <br />be setup with an account on TeamSupport, using which support items can be logged. It is also where we <br />share our knowledge base, allowing customers to share ideas and find answers to frequently asked <br />questions. <br />Do you have a library of pre -built training materials that can be edited to meet these requirements? <br />Does your system provide administrative tools to schedule and manage batch job processing (e.g. for bill <br />runs, dunning, etc.) <br />Yes - We will provide all pre -built training materials and ensure it is updated to meet all requirements. <br />Documents are updated as new releases are made available and requirements change. <br />Will archiving speed up system performance? <br />Archiving old, unused data, will have an improvement on the speed it takes to query records - trying to find <br />all matching records - as fewer records exist to parse through. <br />What reporting options are available in your system? Do reports hit the database directly? Have <br />reporting views? Separate reporting databases? Or have a data warehouse? <br />We currently offer two options - where our Reports Any Where tool will run off and point directly to the <br />production Database. Our BI offering will trigger off of and use data from the warehouse. <br />What are your embedded report writing tools? <br />Our CIS comes with Reports Any Where - allowing utilities to run provided canned reports or generate <br />reports on an as -needed basis. <br />Is your system open so that 3rd party reporting tools can be used to query your system for reporting? <br />An ODBC connection can be established to our Database and reports can be generated. Reports Any <br />Where or our BI tool can be used to create and schedule Ad -Hoc reports on a as -needed basis. <br />Does system allow for data -based security? <br />Our CIS system is based on Screen, Functionality and Privilege Based.
