Average call completion times and buckets by service order types <br />Do you have a relationship with other vendors regarding dashboards? <br />Currently our CIS system offers both Reports Any Where and Power BI - showing all required dashboards - <br />and we have not had to work with any other vendors for this purpose. <br />What are the standard Application Program Interfaces (APIs) that you offer? Please provide a <br />description of each available API. <br />We offer REST API - that allow any external vendor or merchant to communicate, retrieve and update <br />permission granted data within CIS. Permission is set on an IP level and field/data level. <br />Does the system support workflow by communicating via email? <br />Unfortunately, this feature is not currently offered by our CIS.
