To date we have not discontinued support <br />for legacy versions of our software and we still have a few customers utilizing version 5.0. <br />NorthStar has evolved from simply being a billing system to a complete solution for revenue and customer <br />management. As the central point for revenue and customer management, NorthStar has a high level of <br />integration with other utility systems such as financial systems, GIS, asset/work management, banking <br />systems, etc. <br />NorthStar Utilities Solutions is both the developer of the solution we are proposing as well as the systems <br />integrator. We will be responsible for all aspects of the project from initial business consulting and FIT/GAP <br />Analysis, through software installation, configuration, conversion, training, go -live assistance and finally <br />ongoing product support. <br />CCOMt'LISHMENT5 <br />NorthStar is a market leader in providing solutions to the utility market and has been the breeding ground <br />within Harris for product innovation. This includes customer web portals, mobile, meter data management, <br />and more recently automation. <br />NorthStar's Meter Data Management solution, MeterSense, has become the system of choice for utilities <br />throughout North America and the Caribbean and offers a sophisticated, cost-effective and mature solution <br />that is easy to implement, simple to use and which is the key to unlocking the immense value of smart meter <br />data. <br />Our latest achievement is the creation of our Automation Platform, which is a highly configurable and flexible <br />tool that can be used to automate business processes and unburden resources while increasing accuracy, <br />consistency and auditability. Our Automation Platform provides utility staff with more time during their day <br />by freeing them up from routine tasks, enabling them to interact more frequently with customers, and to <br />spend more time analyzing data and results. <br />We are integration experts. We have a large portfolio of seamless integrations between our CIS and a good <br />number of utility centric applications and solutions including integrations to Financial Management Systems, <br />GIS, MDM, AMR, AMI, OMS, Asset Management, Work Order & Service Order Management and more.
