2 F li Ir ri�, Quahlk':,atioris, <br />This section of the proposal should establish the ability of vendor(s) to satisfactorily perform the required work by <br />reasons of: experience in performing work of a similar nature for similar clients (size and account base) within the past <br />five years; demonstrated competence in, the services to, be provided; educational qualifications; strength and stability <br />of the firm; staffing capability; work load; record of meeting schedules on similar projects; and supportive client <br />references. Vendor shall complete Proposal Form A as part of this section. If the proposed solution is a packaged <br />partnership, then the significant sub contractors shall also provide information for this section.
