Proposed Staffing and Project Organization <br />(4) identify key personnel proposed to perform the work in the specified tasks and include major areas of sub - <br />consultant work and their percent of time committed to other projects; <br />Infor Response: <br />We have identified the proposed staffing for this project in response to Question 1 above. <br />It is important to understand that during the delivery of this project the Percentages will vary due to the <br />natural progression of the phases through to completion. This means that will the percentages the team <br />has committed to other projects over the lifecycle of the project won't reflect the fact they will be 100% <br />committed to the South Bend Project during the specific and correct times, <br />The Project Manager will Ibe 1010% fully committed to the South Bend Project from start to finish and wifl <br />deploy the resources and skillsets needed effectively and efficiently to ensure 100% focus from those <br />resource during their portion of the project for South Bend. <br />(5) include a, project organization chart which clearly delineates communicaflon/reporting relationships amongi the <br />project staff; .and <br />Infor Response: <br />U Organizational and Governance Structure <br />(6) include a statement that key personnel will be on -site for go -live and available to the extent proposed for the <br />duration of the project plus ninety days after go -live, acknowledging that no person designated as "key" to the project <br />shall be removed or replaced without the prior written concurrence of the City. <br />Infor Response: Infor acknowledges the City's requirement that no person designated as "key" to the <br />project shall be removed or replaced without the prior written concurrence of the City. <br />Should any replacement occur, suitable resources will be presented to the City as, replacements to <br />ensure we mutually agree upon the right replacement resource. <br />As your partner, Infor understandls the importance of Project resource continuity. Infer would ask the <br />same commitment from the City of South Bend regarding its Project Manager and key project resources. <br />Infor will also support Key Personnel will be On -Site for the Go -Live as well as available for support <br />during the 90 Days Post Go -Live as requested. <br />5-4 <br />
