Proposed Slaffing and Project Oiganization <br />This section of the proposal should'' establish the qualifications and time commitment to project of the proposed project <br />implementation and support staff. This section shall: <br />(1) provide education, experience, and applicable professional credentials of proposed project staff; <br />(2) furnish brief resumes for the proposed project Manager and other key personnel; <br />(3) indicate adequacy of labor resources, utilizing a table projecting the labor hour allocation to the project by indiividual. <br />task, see proposal Form F; <br />(4) identify key personnel proposed to perform the work in the specified tasks and include major areas of sub - <br />consultant work and their percent of time committed to other projects; <br />(5) include a project organization chart which clearly delineates communicationtreportingi relationships among the <br />project staff; and <br />(6) include a statement that key personnel will be on -site for go -live and available to the extent proposed for the <br />duration of the project plus ninety days after go -live, acknowledging that no person designated as "key" to the <br />project shall be removed or replaced without the prior written concurrence of the City. <br />Infor Response: Infer has responded to each of the required items below. <br />(1) provide education, experience, and applicable professional credentials of proposed project staff, <br />Infor has provided the following resources as representative of the level of resources that would be assigned <br />to the City of South Bend project.
