He has the ability to work with third party vendors for a flawless execution of projects. CLIENT EXPERIENCE Muscatine Power and Water (MPW) is located along the Mississippi River in Iowa. It is a municipal utility providing water, electric, and communications to the City of Muscatine and surrounding areas. MPW currently employs approximately 280 people. With the wish to serve the Muscatine area for years to come, they regularly invest in plant facilities and distribution systems. Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority was created in 1984. Originally only responsible for water, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority took on the responsibility of providing sewer service for the City of Pittsburgh in June 2000. In May 2004, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority began billing on behalf of Allegheny County Sanitary Authority. Growth continued with the acquisition of Millvale water system in December 2009. Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority's customer base is made up of approximately 250,000 consumers. To meet the goals of moving to a new system with robust reporting capabilities, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority chose Microsoft Dynamics GP and Cogsdale CSM.
