Geoff has over 14 years' experience in Utility billing software implementations. He has 10 years' <br />experience with Harris Computers. Geoff is skilled at getting the best out of the people he <br />oversees and they thrive while working on implementations. He has the ability to work with third <br />party vendors for a flawless execution of projects. <br />CLIENT EXPERIENCE <br />Muscatine Power and Water (MPW) is located along the Mississippi River in Iowa. It is a <br />municipal utility providing water, electric, and communications to the City of Muscatine and <br />surrounding areas. MPW currently employs approximately 280 people. With the wish to serve the <br />Muscatine area for years to come, they regularly invest in plant facilities and distribution systems. <br />Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority was created in 1984. Originally only responsible for water, <br />Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority took on the responsibility of providing sewer service for the <br />City of Pittsburgh in June 2000. In May 2004, Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority began billing on <br />behalf of Allegheny County Sanitary Authority. Growth continued with the acquisition of Millvale <br />water system in December 2009. Pittsburgh Water & Sewer Authority's customer base is made up <br />of approximately 250,000 consumers.
