ADVANCED <br />U T E L P. T N S Y S T E M S <br />(7) describe the software licensing model; <br />CIS Infinity is licensed on a Concurrent User basis (i.e. number of users simultaneously <br />logged into CIS Infinity). There are two components to the CIS Infinity license fee; a server <br />fee based on the total number of concurrent users and a per concurrent user license fee. <br />Additional licenses are only required if the number of concurrent user licenses required <br />increases. <br />The licenses for lnfinity1ink and Infinity.Mobile are perpetual. <br />lnfinity.Bl is licensed on an annual basis with a recurring license fee. <br />(8) describe the schedule of software upgrades and provide a current roadmap for the <br />proposed solution; <br />Upgrades or "Builds" are released on a quarterly basis, Between builds, executables may be <br />issued to meet client needs.
