Firm Qualifications <br />This section of the proposal should establish the ability of vendor(s) to satisfactorily <br />perform the required work by reasons of: experience in performing work of a similar <br />nature for similar clients (size and account base) within the past five years; demonstrated <br />competence in the services to be provided, educational qualifications; strength and <br />stability of the firm; staffing capability; work load; record of meeting schedules on <br />similar projects; and supportive client references. Vendor shall complete Proposal Form A <br />as part of this section. If the proposed solution is a packaged partnership, then the <br />significant subcontractors shall also provide information for this section.
