ADVANCED UTI LITY SYSTEM S 2. Firm Qualifications This section of the proposal should establish the ability of vendor(s) to satisfactorily perform the required work by reasons of: experience in performing work of a similar nature for similar clients (size and account base) within the past five years; demonstrated competence in the services to be provided, educational qualifications; strength and stability of the firm; staffing capability; work load; record of meeting schedules on similar projects; and supportive client references. Vendor shall complete Proposal Form A as part of this section. If the proposed solution is a packaged partnership, then the significant subcontractors shall also provide information for this section. Vendor must provide additional information in this section that will: (1) provide a brief profile of the firm(s), including the types of services offered; the year founded; form of the organization (corporation, partnership, sole proprietorship); number, size, and location of offices; number of employees; Profile Advanced Utility Systems was established in 1997 to provide Customer Information and Billing solutions exclusively to municipal, investor owned and cooperative utilities.
