LARRY BAUER, MR. <br /> DON FOZO, MRS. IRIS OUTLAW, MR. <br /> GEORGE EFTA, AND MS. JACKIE RUCKER <br /> FOR THEIR LONG-STANDING COMMITMENT <br /> TO REBUILDING TOGETHER ST. JOSEPH <br /> COUNTY <br /> Karen White, Councilmember At-Large, 1912 Malvern Way, stated, I am very proud to be one <br /> (1) of the sponsors of this very outstanding resolution.
