Monday, January 8th. , 1934 Board Tmt in regular session at 3 P. M. Mr. Dick Johnson present and'Mr. Ralph H. Kuss also present. Mr. William S. Moore, City .engineer, was also present. The following renewal c ertif ice. te s for Plumbers Bxcavetion Bonds were signed and emproved: Excavation fond in favor of John C. Kestler in the sum of $1,000.00 signed by Ohio p Casualty Insurance Company. Excavation Bond in favor of Fleck Plumbing Company in the sum of 1,000.00 signed j by Maryland Casualty company. �I I� Zxcavation Bond in favor of F%rry Nicodemus in the sum of $1,000.00 signed and ,i approved by Marylend Casualty Company. !; Excavation Mond in fbvor of H. A petition for a light at the intersection of McPherson and Sample Streets was orde j ed placedon file until sufficient funds are available to new instillations. Upon the recommendation of City Engineer, William S . Moore, plans were approved for cuts in curb for driveways at 222 North Michigan Street for a proposed parking lot at the above address. Township Thirty-seven (37) North, Range Two (2) East, bounded by a line running as follows: Beginning at a point sixty (60) feet east of the So$ta.heast corner of Block Numbered Ten Hundred "ighty-five (1085) as shown on the Oecond Plat of LaSalle Park, in tie City of South Bend, as recorded in Plat Book Number Bight (8) on Pages 30 and 31 of the Records of said County, which point is at the intersection of the North line of West Washington Street with the Bast line of Falcon Street, thence East on the North line of West Washington street , one hundred twenty-nine (129) feet- thence North on a line parallel with Falcon • Street four hundred sixty-two (462JI feet; thence West one hundred. twenty-nine (129) { feet to the East line of Falcon Street; thence south on said. line four hundred sixty two (462) feet to the place of beginning; estimated to contain a little more then one (1) acre.
