The Doard instructed. the Clerk to advise the Department of Industries of the Indiana State Prison that trieir proposition was not at all satisfactory in view of the fact that while these signs were billed to us in 1930, it was fully a year before all of them were placed and the deterioration was noted more than a year ago.
