<br />Ion the steps taken and the progress made in the dealing with the railroads. The
<br />Club feels that if the much desired elevation has not been thus far obtained it is

<br />not due to the lack of efforts on the -oart of the Board. It also feels that with
<br />continued effort and watchfulness over this project the Board. �,.Till bring about a
<br />realization Of this cherished improvenen-t- so necessary on the West Side.
