Tuesday, December 29th., 1931. ' Assessment roll shoeing the awards of damages and. assessments of benefits in the natter of the vacation of alley east of Michigan Street from �'outn line of, New York Central R. R. to -North line alley soutn of Bwnson Street under Vacation Resolution No. 2468. Clerk ar board submitted proof of service of notices as heretofore order by Board, after hearing all persons interested in said j assessnent rolls, and oeing fully • a_avised in the premises, the boarei decides to take final action oft said rolls and declares same in all things ratified, coif ilmed and li approved and the proceedings closed and the streets and alleys vacated and all proceecd had with reference to said vacations are nereby sustained and the proceedings closed.
