Tuesday, December 29th., 1931. ' <br />Assessment roll shoeing the awards of damages and. assessments of benefits in <br />the natter of the vacation of alley east of Michigan Street from �'outn line of, New York <br />Central R. R. to -North line alley soutn of Bwnson Street under Vacation Resolution <br />No. 2468. <br />In ail of tn.e above named a ssessment rolls snow ing the awards of damages and <br />assessments of be nef its in the matter of said va cat ions , no remonstrators appeared " and <br />Ij no written remons trances were filed. Clerk ar board submitted proof of service of <br />notices as heretofore order by Board, after hearing all persons interested in said <br />j assessnent rolls, and oeing fully • a_avised in the premises, the boarei decides to take final action oft said rolls and declares same in all things ratified, coif ilmed and <br />li approved and the proceedings closed and the streets and alleys vacated and all proceecd <br />had with reference to said vacations are nereby sustained and the proceedings closed. <br />Upon t n e r econme ndat i on of am. l- <br />Quaiis, the rioard approved the petition of <br />the Ind is na .bell Xelephone Company for cons tz uction of undierground cable and removal <br />work in connection with the cutover of the Lincoln Centzel'Office to "ranklin Central <br />office, a s shcgn on the i.r petition of December 23rd. , 1931. <br />i <br />j <br />The Boa.ra approved claims for various departments in the amount of V429.82. <br />fhe Board approved the claim of the Uockreli Tractor company in the amount of <br />• 5'1,12b.00, same to Le' paid out of Mond Issue appropriated to tm 6treet Department for <br />e qu ipme nt . <br />Meeting adjourned at 12 o' ci oc k Noon. <br />• IAtte s-ted <br />Cle k of the oard <br />Tuesday%, J2xuary 5th.s 1932. <br />• Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. Iri. All members present. Minutes <br />of neeting held Tuesday, December 29tii., 1931, read and approved. <br />The following bongs were approved by the Board: <br />Excavation bond in flavor of Bert C. Kotolinski in thesum of 1,000.00 signed <br />by Georg Kotolinski, 1�tax Grimas and veronica Kotolinski as personal sureties. <br />Excavation bond in savor o1 V+illiam House in the sum of $1,000.00 signed by <br />r'idelity aftcd Casualty Company Or jyevr York. <br />Kenewal cer-tifi rate for the excavation bond in favor of Kujawski in the sum <br />Of $1,000.00 signed by hev, Amsterdam Casualty Co. <br />j RenEwal certificate for ttxe excavation bond in favor of Wm. This being the date set, continued hePring w-as had on the assessment roll <br />for the local sewer improvement in Hamilton Street under Improvement hesolution Tvo.2458. <br />in the above naned assessnent mll, due to the fact that the Contractor has failed to <br />j file his Guarantee .pond, the Board decides to continue nearing until January 12th., <br />. 1932, at 10:00 A. M. <br />This being the date set, continued nearing was had on the assessment roll <br />shoeing the awa ria.s of da mFes and assessments of benefits in the ro tier of the vacation <br />i <br />of husn Street under Vacation Resole Lion No.2463. <br />
