<br />day of October 19311 this board will meet in their office in 1he City hall at 10:00
<br />A. m. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has been assess
<br />ed for seid Improvement and will decide vnether the benefits to the several lots and
<br />parcels of land will be equal to the amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less
<br />,sum than that shoves on said roll, The Board further orders that notices be wiled to
<br />1property owners as provided for by law,

<br />In the move named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written
<br />Iremonstrances were filed and the board, being fally advised in the premises, rinds that
<br />1the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said
<br />,1modified roll. The -board, therefore . takes final action on said roll and declares same
<br />Ilin all things ratified, confirmed and approved as modified and the proceedings s closed*

<br />Improvement Resolution ho.2448.

<br />monstrances were filed and the Board. being filly advised in the premises,, finds that
<br />the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited in the amounts shown on said
<br />droll. The Board, therefore, takes final action on said roll and declares sane in all
<br />things rati-ied, confirmed and appmved without modification and the proceedings closed*

<br />damages and assessments of benefits in the natter of the condemnation of Washington
<br />,eet. at olive Street under Condennati on resolution No.2454*
<br />In the above named assessment roll, remonstratcrs appeared and a written remon-
<br />strance was filed -by Ernest and Urace brothers, owners of lot 124 Oak Grove Addition.
<br />After nearing all persons interested in said roll, the board decides to continue hear-
<br />ing until Tuesday, October 6tn. 9 1931, at 10-30 A. M.

<br />Improvement resolution No.24517, the board, tnis 29th,,, day of September 1931, hereby
<br />awards .tYee contract to A. Simeri at his low bid of $1,558,bO for vitrified pipe.
<br />Claims amounting to $299*81 for various departments were signed and approved by
<br />the Boa rd.
