G. gray filed plans and the n'oard adopted said plans together vita the following Vacation Resolutions: Copy of a-cati on -ne so luti on i�o.2463 "Resolved py the board of Public Works of the City off' South Bend, Indiana, That it is desirable to vacate the f oll bw ing: Rush Street at Sample Street, that portion within the Rew York Central Railron d right of way. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such vacati on: Lot I in Wengers 1st. , Addition and tl ew York C Ent ra 1 Railroad Co." COPY tF VACATION RESOLUTION N0.2464. "Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, That it is desirable to vacate the following: Alley west of Mich igen Street from 1,onson Street to a point 66 feet north. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially a ffe eted by such vacation: Lots 6 and 15 in Martin & Tutt Addition," COPY OF VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2465. M., to hear aW receive remonstrances from all persons interested in ;or affected by such vacations. The Board further orders that notices of said hearings be published on the 3rd., day of October and on the 9th.9 day of October I93I, in the South Bend Tribune and Mirror according to law. City Engineer, H. G. Wray, filed plans and the Board adopted said plans together with the following improvement Resolution: Improverent Resolution rio.2462 for the pavement of the west one half of Ithe alley west of Cottage Grove Avenue from Lindsey Street to a point one hundred (I00' ) �feet north.
