Tuesday, July I4th., 1931. <br />In the above named a ssessnent roll, the Board, hereby, orders that on the <br />28th., day of July I93I, this Board will meet in their office in the City Hall at I0:00 <br />A. M. to hear and receive remonstrances from all persons whose property has vbeen assess <br />ed for said improvement and will decide vahther the several. lots and parcel s of land have <br />been or will be benefited io. the amounts shown on said roll or in a greater or less sum <br />than that shown on said roll. The Board further orders that notices of said hearing shall <br />be published on the I7th . , day of J.ly on the I8th. , da y of July and on the 24th . , day j <br />of July, 1931, in the South .ben.d News +imes and Tribune according to law. <br />This. being the date set, hearing was h^-d on tIrz, assessment roll for the <br />local sever improvement in Fremont -Washington Streets from Orange Street to center line <br />of Lot 19 in West End Subdivision under Imp zovement Resolution No.2 433. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no rem.onstratars appeared and no <br />written remonstrances were filed and the Board, being fully advised in t he premises, <br />finds that the several 1�ts and parcels of land have been benefited. in the amounts shown <br />�on said_ roll.
