Tuesday, July 7th. , I93I, <br />2 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on condemnation Resolution INTo.2446 for <br />the opening of Walnut Street from Western avenue to the 2rd. , alley South of Western <br />Avenue. (See f iles for copy of resolution. <br />In the above named condemnation resolution, no remonstrators appe red and no <br />written remonstrance was filed and_ the Board., after hearing all persons interested in <br />said. condemnation resolution decides to take final action on said resolution and declare <br />same in all 'thinr s ratified, confirmed and approved without roodificxa.tion. The Board <br />no7,7- orders that a list or roll be prepared of all owners and holders of property and of <br />valuable interests therein sought to -rye taken, which 1 is t or -,oll shall also describe <br />the property beneficially affected by said condemnation. The Board, hereby, appoints <br />Edward Pfeiffer, Ralph Osborne and Jacob Chillas to act as appraisers in determining <br />the amounts of damages to be awarded and. benefits to be assessed against each piece of <br />property affected by said condemnation resolution. <br />This being; the date set, hearing was had on the assessment roll showing the award <br />of damages and assessments of benefits in the natter of the Vacaction of alley west of <br />-Hive rsid e give from hudson Avenue to North line of alley north of Hudson avenue under <br />Vacation -Hesolution No.2405. <br />i <br />In the above named assessment roll, no mmonstratorsappeared and no written re - <br />I; <br />monstrnnces rFrere filed. Clerk of the .hoard submitted proofs of delivery of notices as <br />i' <br />provided for by law. Afte r heari ng al I pe rso ns i me re sted i n sa id as se ssrrent ro 11 and <br />being fully <br />advised. in the premises, the Board (finds that the several lots and parcels <br />li <br />of land have been benefited and. damaged in the amounts shown on said roll.
