<br />In the above named vacation resolution no remonstrators trator s appeared and_ no
<br />written zemonstrances were filed, and the Board,, being fully advised in the pzemises,
<br />lecid"s to take final action on said resolution and declares same in all things ratified,ij
<br />�onf irmed and approved without modi fica-tion.
