In the above named improvemn.t resolution, property ovners waived all objections on and in defense to any d-efct' in said p roceedings, and to any violation in lirocedure j for the construction of street improvements as fixed by law. Claims amounting to $687.56 for various departments were signed and approved by the Board. In the above named assessment roll, remonstrators appe?red but no written remon- strances were filed, and after hearing all persons interested in said roll, the Board decides to continue hearing until July 7th. , 193I, at 10:00 A. M. Continuer r-earir_g was had on Condemnation resolution P?o.2435 for -te opening of California Avenue from east wa-y to line of Chicapo, Inch JeTr and ''outhern Railroad right of `4ilber` Street.
